Well, I don't physically have it. It's at my buddy Daniel's place in WA State. He's selling it for me.

I would be careful letting anyone know you are buddies with Daniel... You don't want that on your reputation.

Bahrain?

Scott-

Being a newbie, I'm sure there have been others online that have already expressed appreciation, but I want to bring up again... Thanks!!!!!!!

If you're heading to the "box", that means you're in the military. Judging by your location in Virginia, chances are you're probably in the Navy?

I'm a 1635 designator myself (intel for you non military types) and being a reservist have a special affinity and appreciation for active duty components.
You guys work your a$$e$ off and are just unbelievable w/ sense of commitment and duty.

I'm somewhat on the short list myself. I'd almost rather get called and get it over w/. Keep in touch w/ us and let us know how you're doing over there.

Thanks, John. 6480 here (SpecOps LDO). Did a tour in Afghanistan one month after 9/11, and in Iraq a few months ago, but not for a full tour. Should be there one more time in the summer for at least 6 months. As you know, we appreciate you Intel types as much as you do us. One team, one fight...brother.

Anyway, I really appreciate the kind words. They never fall on deaf ears. Take care.

Go figure. It shouldn't surprise us that an auto enthusiast like yourself is SpecOps. I was at NMITC a couple of years ago, same time. We were at the O club about to eat when a group of guys walked in, looking like the "Dirty Dozen." They were all built differently, ranging from frumpy short guys to well over 6 ft. Tarzan looking types. Matter of fact, the one dude's hair was down well over his shoulders and his arms were thicker than my thighs. Being that Dam Neck was next door, you could tell who they were. I have a great friend and fellow LT who was in my former unit, ONI 1992 located at Wright Pat. He's a Fed. Marshall and former Seal. Great human being. Love hearing his stories while inside the SCIF. He confirmed who they were.

I too just got back not too long ago from Marine Corps Camp Smith, supporting TF. I'm currently serving in the J2 shop of a joint command and get the opportunity to work w/ all different branches.

If I can do anything for you, let me know. I'm a tax and estate attorney and have created 100's of wills and powers of attorney for our local military who have been mob'ed (actually received a NAM and LOC from local CO) gratis. Just trying to help in my own way.

Having read a lot of your posts, I knew I liked ya, but now I know I do. God bless, bud.

Go Navy!

It's great to hear from some other squids. I'm a veteran Navy Corpsman (8404) and did all my time with the Marines, but 20 years ago (1984-1992). It was a life changing experience, all for the better. I thank you guys for doing what you do.

Outstanding, "Doc." My hats off to you. I don't want to upset folks talking military stuff on this thread, so I'll shoot you a PM.
