Looking at buying a new condo and a convertible so unfortunately my baby will have to go. It is a 2004 CBR 1000RR in pristine condition with 2,500 miles. It is red and black.

I purchased the extended HONDA WARRANTY from the dealer and that is good through October of this year. Bike is paid off and I have a clear title at hand. Bike was never laid down or involved with any sort of incidents. I am meticulous when it comes to maintenance and the bike was polished and waxed multiple times.

Also, I have another year and a half left on a fully transferrable wheel and tire road hazard warranty. if there is a problem, including nails etc. or bent rims, all are replaced under warranty with no deductible.

I broke the bike in as follows:
* first 500 miles - less than 4000 rpm
* second 500 miles - less than 6000 rpm
* from there it was +1000 rpm or so for every 100 miles or so. I drove the engine at various speeds to make sure proper break in was performed. lots of shifts were also made during the break in period to ensure the transmission bedded in correctly. oil was changed at 300 mi., 600 mi. and 1,500 mi.

I have the following done to the bike:

1. Leo Vince Titanium Slip-On;
2. Jardine Rear Fender Eliminator Kit;
3. Air-Intake Flapper Mod;
4. Exhaust Gas Control Valve Removed

Other than above it is stock.

Perfect condition inside and out. Battery was removed for storage.

i looked through my paperwork yesterday and the tire and wheel warranty actually was a 5 year deal so it is good through october of 2010.

 

nobody wants a nice clean bike?
