FS: 2004 330i Performance Package (ZHP), 36k mi, 1 yr. on factory Warranty, Good Deal
Here are the details of my 330i ZHP:
2004 BMW 330i Performance Package (ZHP) â 36,xxx Miles
In Service Date â Aug 30th, 2004 (warranty till September of 2008)
Wheel and Tire Road Hazard Warranty valid for another 2.5 years.
Simple: I recently purchased an ///M3 Convertible so the 330i needs a new home.
The car's story:
The car was originally purchased at Laurel BMW in Westmont, IL. The first owner had it for roughly 6 months and drove it for 6k miles before trading it in on ///M3. I saw it while at Laurel having my 540i serviced; drove it, and just had to have it. The car has never been tracked, auto-crossed, or raced (to my knowledge). It is currently garaged in Chicago and I continue to drive it.
Modifications:
Car is 100% stock.
Major Repairs/Maintenance:
Car is almost 3 years old. I would say that condition is consistent with a well maintained 3 year old car that was driven on highways, in the city etc. There are minor scratches and dings on the body but nothing that is substantial enough to show up in photographs.
The interior leather has worn well and the rest of the interior looks almost as it did when it left the factory a few short years ago.
Mechanically the car is in superb shape. I had Perillo BMW do a full inspection during the last service visit (for the fuel tank module) and everything came out great. You can also sleep easily knowing that the original factory warranty is valid for another 13+ months and 14k+ mi.
All 4 wheels have suffered minor curb damage but the damage is strictly cosmetic.
This is truly my favorite e46 color combination and coupled with ///M Aerodynamics Kit makes an awesome look. I love this car but really wanted a convertible, so I decided to move up to the ///M3. This car turns heads constantly and receives compliments all the time, even more than my M3 does (must be the color).
Bottom line:
This is an amazing car at an incredibly low price.
Please see the attached pictures and I can email higher resolution pictures and on request take additional pictures.
I will ship anywhere in the USA at the buyer's expense.
I just paid this car off and will be receiving a clean, clear, Illinois title any day now.
I am an active board member of m5board.com, 6speedonline.com, e46fanatics.com, m3forum.com, and others and plan to list the car on each of them.
Pricing info (to save you the trouble):
Edmunds clean condition Private Party Value: $25,820
KBB clean (good) condition: Private Party Value: $25,120
My car is priced to sell at $24,950. I will consider all reasonable offers but please respect my time and I will respect yours.

It does say 35,809 mi. I stated over 36k since i do drive the vehicle.

Good luck. Very hot. If I were searching a sedan from 25k-30k $ that will be the car. It looks so hot with the M-packg. And the color is veery nice. On the E90 it don`t looks good in red but the e46 looks in that combo amazing. My color also. I think you will miss the car but a e46 M3 can do alot things good. And it is a timeless car.
