After my last experience buying a car I swore I would never buy another car off a lot.

So my wife decides she wants a 3rd row seat and sources a used Volvo XC90 at Rosen Honda of Gurnee last week. Great, here we go again I thought. I dealt with a Guy by the name of Vito Ferrante. He was very helpful in the buying process and truly understood that this was going to be a "sight unseen" purchase. He knew I had to drive 140 miles through Chicago traffic and construction to get to him and that if I drove there to be baited and switched it was going to be ugly. He did a panel by panel exterior and full interior walkaround over the phone and pointed out anything that might be wrong. He was dead on on everything.

When I got there he gave me a very fair trade-in on our other car and everything was as described. When I got shuffled to the "business office" doing the paperwork they didn't try push anything on me I didn't want. In and out in no time.

Anyway, I like it when people tell others I do a good job, so I thought I would do the same. Give him a call if you need a good used car and don't want to be jacked around.

I just picked up a new Honda Accord from them as well and had a pleasant experience also. Seems like a stand-up dealership.
