18s are the proper size for the 996. But I see you already use 19s. 19s kill the ride and performance.

what size are the lips? How much tread on the tires?

Tires are about 80-90% left.

I never measured the lips. I'd estimate 1/2 inch front and 2 in rear.

Whatever it is, the fit is exact for the 996 widebodies.
