Hi.

Got my dealer to get a CF part from Automotion for my 996 turbo....called them and they said it would fit. Well, it is the stock 996 part, so I need the little alu insert with the c/f gate pattern and the crest...

Anyone have such a little thing lying around?


If you have a alu ball unit for these or a CF porsche turbo **** only, please me know. Periokid supplied an awesome leather/alu unit and I had planned to CF it..but I may just keep it leather.

The inserted image is what I need (either the alu piece with crest and markings or the ball). If the one that goes into the CF body, I need the shift pattern and the crest..the whole think. Boy am I frustrated. I called and they said, yes it would fit. Now, I called them back and they apologized and offered me a refund...but the time is lost and I would not have bought periokid's shifter if I had been told the truth. Periokid, btw, was amazing in how fast he got it to me. Thanks Pkid.
