Carbon Fiber Tiptronic Shifter Plate F/S
Unused, I decided to go with gloss black.
$100 plus ship, cost more than twice that new.
The silver center section comes off your existing tip shift surround and you re-affix it with double-sided 3m tape (which is how it is attached to the OEM piece). I did this with my black painted shift surround and it came out great.
