if you're not having any issues with a 15mm spacer in the back then you wont have any issues with these tires because the difference between the narrow body stock tires and offset and that of the wide body is between 15 - 16 mm

Still for sale?

Are these wheels still for sale? Also, do you know if they'll fit a 2002 996 C4S?

Yes they are still for sale, and I'm almost a 100% sure they will fit a widebody 996 without needing to change the rear tires.
