Mr. Dyce,

Until you accept some responsibility for the $500 Litronic I bought from you, that was not in the condition you listed as on here I will advise other forum members of my situation; you took my money, shipped me a blemishes product(which was listed as mint) and cut off contact.

scratches when I shipped it (pics prove it).

Within 24 hours he had made threats and insulted me personally.
He filed a paypal dispute. I decided to let PayPal decide the outcome of this case because this user was so unwilling to cooperate civilly.
Paypal ruled in my favor.

Either he scratched them or UPS scratched them and he was unwilling to
cooperate.

He eventually sent me pictures of the supposed 'scratches'. I don't see any.

Either way, I will no longer deal associate with him.

As I said earlier, PayPal ruled in my favor, that will hold up in court.

If anyone is interested in my items I'll be glad to send you high resolution pictures, speak with you on the phone, whatever it is that you feel would make you comfortable.
As long as you aren't an ******* and throw out accusations, insults and threats, I'm a very easy person to deal with.

Note my flawless eBay feedback.

Oh, here's the 'damaged' headlight.
Note that the pictures he sent me were after the headlight was already mounted on his car.
If it was truly 'damaged' when he received it, wouldn't he notice said damage before installing it?

Mr.Dyce,

I never insulted you personally in any email.

You said you would contact me after you spoke with UPS,you never did. And if anyone here knows how UPS claims work the seller must initiate the paperwork for the claim, not the buyer.

I have proof that I emailed you about the headlight upon receiving it. Why else would you offer to contact UPS?

Why don't you post the other pictures of the headlight that I sent you?
