Software will not work on another car.
I'd call UMW and see what they know about the turbos...if he built them, he'd know!

youre all absolutely right
the flash loader WILL NOT work on another car
also, it looks like the 24/18g setup is the way to go...
so i think i'll be doing that instead of the gt28 ...

You might also considersending the turbos back to kevin and have him convert them to 24/26 or something else he is using in his bigger kits. He would probably work with you on a retune but the additional hardware for the turbos work may be more expensive. Worth a phone call to him though.
