Interested- Would this work on a NA 997? I'm not certain if there is a diff in regards to electronic operation / mounting.

Not sure, but your TB may already be this size. This is a 996NA throttle body, which is larger than the 996TT throttle body. They have the same electronics and are interchangeable. It is somewhat popular for modded 996 turbo cars to use this larger throttle body to increase air to the engine in order to tune for additional horsepower.

John,

If I were to buy this TB, would I also need the RSS 75mm Y-plenum and associated spacers? What about programming? Would Todd have to send me an updated tune?

Did you use this in your car? If so, how did you like it?

Thanks,
Adam

Adam,

I am running one in my car now. I added it with all the other K24/18G stuff, so it's tough to isolate what effect it had. Todd and Sam (SG), both said it would help mid and top end, which I wanted. I purchased this extra one when we were checking for idle issues to rule out the throttle body. It was installed for 30 minutes and has about 3 minutes of run time. It's brand new in the Porsche box - not a mark on it.

The part # is 997 605 115 01 - must be a superceeded number as it is the exact same product, as the 996 throttle body.
