Yes they should, the wheels were on my 03 Turbo the only thing is the rear wheels will need 17mm spacers to fill out the wheel well (unfortunately I sold them separate) but the tires themself shold fit, The front rim is 8"x18" and rear is 11"18"

Question for you. If my hollow spoke Turbo twists do not need spacers and these are the same size then why do they need spacers?

They came as an option on my car as you can see from the option description, the off set is different on the sport techno wheels as they can be used on a narrow body car without spacers, with 17mm spacers in the rear they will fit Turbo's and C4S's as you can see from the picture of my car. tire size doesn't make a difference due to the fact that the rim width is the same 8' front and 11" rear, if you look at your wheels you will see 2 numbers on either side of the valve stem one is the rim width and the other is the off set.

Got it!!

Will running the spacers put any load on the wheel bearings or affect handling/performace at all?

I remember years ago buying a set of these with tires and 5mm spacers all brand new from Suncoast on eBay for $2K but it was for a narrow body. Didn't realize they only made one offset on the technos. What happened to the tires on yours?

The tires were worn when I bought the car, I changed the wheels to a set of HRE I had on my C4S the day I brought the car home and they stayed in boxes in my garage until I sold my car. I had a guy that wanted the wheels and complained that the shipping was too much and would be cheaper to ship with the tires off so I had them removed and then he pulled out of the deal.
