Brand New. Only taken out of the box for this picture. These are just like the Techart splitter. I do not know what the Techart ones are made of but these are made of Fiberglass. Techart sells theirs for like $600.00. I believe I payed around $340.00 from one of the venders on the Board. I believe it was NA Auto.
