This will fit 997 as well, in case it helps- what intake are you running now?

Do you have all the hardware including the valve for tiptronic cars?

Lakerholic- there is no valve for the tiptronic. You just need to drill a hole about 3" forward (throttle body side) of the KN logo - insert rubber grommet - insert a vaccum elbow. You can pick up the grommet and elbow from any car parts store. (I had a KN on my 996 tip, so you're getting the scoop 1st-hand ). Make sure when you drill the hole you clean all the plastic shavings out thoroughly.

Thanks for the info p0rsche! And I am running stock now. I am returning the car back to stock to sell it.

Trying to take advantage of the drop in property prices and get my self a house.

I will be back with either a 996TT or a 997S.

Currently K&N filter. I had no issue with MAF failing with this filter.
