Yes I would, via USPS and they should, but I cannot say 100%.

Updated original post. Cost now $125 shipped. I started to polish these and will include the rest of the polish to finish off the job. Not going to find a better deal then this, I realize they are used, but in overall good condition. You could even brush then more to get out some of the lighter scratches.
