Curious the size of the spacers. Mine were missing and I need to replace them. What is the space size.

I want to say 17mm is the factory spacers.

Any curb rash on wheels? Do you include longer bolts for spacers?
Are the offset F=18x8-50mm R=18x11-63mm?

Not really any curb rash but light scratches on the face of one of the wheels. Yes, everything is included as far as wheel bolts and such.
