Sold the car, now I still have the wheels.
The wheels HAVE the center caps. It did not before, but they have them now.
Center parts are brushed aluminum, and lips are chrome.
As you can see, they fit perfectly on the widebody 997.
I believe they do fit fine with widebody 996 as well. (you can probably research this forum and find out)

19x8.5 fronts
19x12 rears
I'm not sure about the offsets.
