UPDATE: I recently did a inventory using VF Engineerings latest instructions provided to me by Sean at VFE.
This is what I came up with:
Porsche OE 3rd Radiator Kit (Not included but I can include one with an added fee)
Water hoses long- new houses provided by Adam
Hose shrouds
Fuel Injectors (6)
Small Rubber Plug- Missing, buyer will need to purchase from VFE.
Vacuum Adapter
Threaded Shaft
Spacer
Brass oil supply fitting w/rubber o-ring
Belt
Replacement main vacuum line- Missing, purchase from VFE
Nylock nut
Oil feed line
Oil drain fitting
Oil drain line
Resistor Capsule
VFE MAF housing
K&N Filter- Dirty but can be cleaned
90 degree air intake pipe
Supercharger intake tube
Charge cooler outlet pipe
VFE Purge tank and bracket- bracket is missing
Rubber crankcase adapter hose
Bypass valve
Intercooler
Supercharger & Pulley
GIAC ECU Tune
Based on my list there are only a few things missing. 3rd radiator kit which I can provide at a cost to the buyer (I have a new 3rd radiator kit from Suncoast). The used SC kit includes a new Bosch water pump regardless if you purchase the 3rd radiator kit from me or not. Buyer will need to purchase the small rubber grommet, main vacuum line, purge tank bracket and GIAC tune. The tune is obviously the most expensive part you will need to purchase at about $1000. The other parts I cannot see costing much more than $600 or $750 with the 3rd radiator kit. Below are pics where I did my best to label each part. I used the instructions provided by Sean to the best of my ability. I am going to direct the experts to this page to provide their input.
I put a question mark next to the conical bolt on the SC due to the fact that one in the instructions looks slightly different but I believe they are one and the same.

Now for the price. I started out asking $5000 for this kit. If you add the price of the required pieces including the 3rd radiator kit you come out to about $6750. To have the kit professionally installed will cost you $2000 so thats $8750 for a very lightly used VF Engineering kit netting you nearly 500Hp or more with some trickery. A new VFE kit installed would cost you nearly $15,000 or close to double what I am asking at $5000. But, I am dropping the price to $4250 or $4400 with the Suncoast 3rd radiator kit. Basically giving some lucky buyer the chance to have a 100% complete kit, including the tune, for $6000 or completely installed for $8000. This a fantastic deal and less than what I paid for the kit and beyond fair for anyone interested.
For those that have made offers, I will PM you.

That inventory looks about right, Jason, nice job.
This is a great deal, and ordering the few parts from VFE is a breeze.
There is nothing you can do to your car that will have this kind of impact, at this price, period.
GLWS, Jason, sorry I won't be helping you do the install- we'll have to find another reason to get me out to SD.
