I'm interested in buying a Racetronics Performance Box, but I'm having a hard time justifing the $450 for a new unit that will very rarely get used.

Does anyone have a used P-Box they'd be willing to part with?

Let me tell you, the performance box is worth every penny if you track your car. i also was looking for used but ended up buying a new unit. If im not mistaken, you can find some used units for sale on ebay.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out on ebay.

Have you ever compared the pbox to the numbers at a drag strip?

To be honest no i haven't, but i heard it is VERY precise. Ive done some acceleration runs on the same road and the numbers are consistent.

I'm probably going to buy a new one soon and you can use it whenever you want... Used ones are hard to find and actually $450 isn't bad for a brand new one. VERY useful tool.
