These are the Axis Penta wheels, they sport a 3.5" rear lip and are 19x10.5 52et. rear with 19x8.5 front 45et.
These will also fit the Turbo or C4S using a small 1/4" or 7mm spacer kit.
The tires appear to be Hankook V-12 and decent selection featured on Car and Driver when matched up with the Michelin PS2
