WHAT MAKES PFC BETTER?

Data Acquisition proves that PFC’s calipers are lighter, stiffer, cooler, and quicker than any other.

PFC applies championship-winning race technology to the design and manufacturing of these high-performance calipers to give you a brake system that is track-worthy.

Stiffer, more responsive, and quicker modulating system that not only provides better drivability and handling, but also improved ABS response.

LIGHTER
Innovative FEA optimized design for lightest total corner package.

STIFFER
Monobloc design increases stiffness which allows for better pedal response, more control, zero vibration, and quicker release time.

COOLER
Patented rocket nozzle insulators and superior piston caps reduce caliper temperature, increasing stiffness and reducing drag.

ZERO DRAGTM
PFC’s advanced caliper design reduces drag to zero allowing the brake system to deliver maximum stopping power, faster transition time, and quicker pedal response.

IT’S QUICKER.

It’s simple. Eliminate drag in the braking transition, so you can power through the corner, with nothing holding you back. Where other calipers can rob you of valuable horsepower, Zero Drag Calipers ensure you maintain maximum horsepower for increased power and faster lap times.

BENEFITS

Forged from aluminum, PFC’s Monobloc calipers are incredibly lightweight and have superior stiffness for quicker actuation, increased pedal response, less pedal travel, and decreased drag.

• No Vibration, Pulsation, or Judder
• Firmer Pedal
• Zero Fade
• Unsurpassed Modulation Characteristics
• Dramatically Improved ABS response

• Robust Race Design for minimal maintenance
• Longer Pad and Disc Life
• No Dust
• No Noise
• Improved Tire Adhesion with Zero Drag (patented)
• Improved Fuel Mileage

*AVAILABLE IN CUSTOM COLORS

TECHNOLOGY
HOW IS PFC DIFFERENT?

RACE-INSPIRED RADIAL MOUNT
Improves torque takeout, allowing your car to optimize every ounce of horsepower and deliver more power at the wheel end.

PFC’s PATENTED PISTON HEAT CAPS
Allow the caliper to achieve the coolest running temperatures—up to 50-100°F— which further increases stiffness and decreases drag.

FORGED MONOBLOC MULTIPAD CALIPER

- High-Temperature Aluminum alloy provides high temperature strength at extreme conditions for improved stiffness and decreased drag
- Robust race design reduces maintenance
- Patented piston heat cap technology prevents heat transfer allowing the brake and fluid to run cooler
- FEA Shape Optimization to reduce weight and improves stiffness

ZERO DRAGTM TECHNOLOGY
- Patented Pad Retraction System eliminates brake drag allowing for more power at the wheel end and quicker release and control
- Self-adjusting collars allow the pads to consistently pull back from the disc providing free running clearance under all conditions
- Reduced Pad Wear

From the TRACK to the STREET
PFC Street Rotors are RACE-WORTHY.

PFC’s street upgrade rotors are made using the same materials and processes as our championship-winning race rotors.

From design to raw material to final product, PFC’s street rotors are developed with the same passion and technology as our race rotors so you can experience performance that’s race-worthy.

THE PERFORMANCE…
• Lightest Design
• Longest-Lasting
• More Stopping Power
• Most Consistent
• Best Cooling

…IS IN THE DETAILS
• FEA Designed Thermal Capacity
• High Carbon Alloy with Molybdenum and Copper
• Vanes turned OD and ID
• More Consistent Microstructure
• Patented Feed Forward Control Machining Process

PFC has spared no effort in making sure that each PFC rotor is the best rotor you can buy. Take your vehicle to the next level. GIDDY UP.

RACE-WORTHY.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
BETTER DRIVABILITY.

• More Bite
• Better Release Control
• More Stopping Power
• Increased Pedal Response
• Increased Corner Speed

BETTER PERFORMANCE.

No Judder, No Vibration, and No Distortion, delivering Quicker, Smoother Stops.

ZERO VIBRATION
• By eliminating vibration and drag the disc reduces the extraneous forces into the tire increasing the available grip.

LOWEST RUNNING TEMPERATURES
• Disc Temperature is reduced by the effective release of hot wear debris.

MINIMIZED THERMAL CRACKING

REDUCED THERMAL DISTORTION

PFC’s Finite Element Analysis to assure the lowest thermal distortion

PFC’s patented and trademarked slot patterns improve bite and are run cooler

QUICKER LAP TIMES.

PFC’S UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY
INNOVATIVE DESIGN ENGINEERING.

• Extensive FEA analysis
• Lightest Design
• Best Cooling
• Reduced Distortion
• Zero Drag

MOST ADVANCED MACHINING EQUIPMENT IN THE WORLD
No Judder, No Vibration, and No Distortion, delivering Quicker, Smoother Stops.

Highest precision and tightest tolerance machining in the world……
so there is no doubt that your car is racing with the most capable disc in the world.

• Patented Feed Forward Laser Vision Measurement Control
• 100% measured and inspected

HEAT-TREATMENT
Eliminates residual stresses and results in a totally stable disc that will never warp.

MACHINED AT WORLD’S MOST CAPABLE TURNING CENTERS

100% LASER VISION INSPECTED
Results in perfect dynamic and thermal balance with absolutely no balance cuts or weights.

WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?
EXCLUSIVE HIGH STRENGTH METALLURGY.

Ensures thermal stability and optimized friction characteristics, and excellent durability.
• Increased Carbon
• Alloyed with Molybdenum and Copper
• Consistent and uniform microstructure

The diameter is 318mm on our 2 piece replacement rotor that utilizes the factory caliper.

The big brake kit we offer that utilizes our 4 piston monobloc caliper, the front diameter we can engineer a 355 – 373mm rotor up front just depending on big you would like to go. Wheel size would play a key factor in this.
