I have a pair of power but not heated sport seats in excellent condition out of 996TT w/35k miles. Full disclosure - there are some scratches on the backs in the "soft paint" (pretty standard for the seat backs & center consoles) and very minor bolster wear on the driver seat, you can see it in the 3rd pic of the 2nd post here:
