Note: I have this setup currently installed in my wifes Cayenne S, and this system was going to be used for my Cayenne Turbo.

The NavTV module unlocks the PCM to allow the video to appear when reverse is selected. I did not need to run the video wire from the PCM to the back of the truck. So I looked and found a video transmission system that is used by tractor trailers. It works great. It multiplexes the video signal onto any power wire in the car. So the trick is to find a power wire that goes to the back and transmit the video onto to that wire. The power to the rear wiper is perfect and works great.
