996tt PCCB hats with calipers and 997 pccb rotors

Category: Brakes
Price: $5000
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 997 Turbo, Porsche 911 996 Turbo
Location (State): CA
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

I have approval from our mods to post this ad for a friend of mine.
These PCCB's have two track days on them, and 15,000 miles.
These calipers are the same ones on the Gt2/3's.

You get the complete hardware:
6 pot calipers up front
4 pot calipers in the rear
all the ceramic rotors for each corner along with brake pads of a 997 turbo. Yes, the ceramic rotors are from a 997. Gen II rotors .

I only have 2 rotors in pictures as I have two in my garage that I was getting a CAD scan to make hats. If interested in more pictures please PM me.

Those are "GT" front rotors used on GT-2/3.. Turbo ones have "TURBO" engraved in to them.

... The calipers are gt2/3/tt . Their is no diffrence between the calipers. The difference is on the hat. These ceramic rotors are off a 997. The hats are for a 996 TT.

Your hats have "GT" engraved on them and not "turbo" the hats are the wrong offset to bolt on a 996 turbo. 2mm off to put a number on it. Just saying before you sell these and they do not fit for the new owner.

Sorry sir. I'm not sure, honestly. Thanks for clearing it up.

These are mine he is selling. They came off of a 996 GT2 which was being converted to AP brakes. The owner of the shop was going to put them on his 996 Turbo until I bought them. I can confirm that they will fit a GT2 without trouble and likely a GT3. We can possibly test them out on a 996 Turbo and see if everything works.

Ben just informed me that he is willing to sell the
hats and rotors separate. That allows for someone to
replace their worn out ones. The ones for sale are
from a 997 which i think makes them Gen II.

so are these 350mm or 380mm?
The 996 generation ceramics were 350mm while on the 997 they are 380.

They are 350mm F/R however they are type two. I was told the rotors came from a cup car which used 18" wheels. I don't know the exact part number, but they are type two (random drill pattern, thicker vanes, etc...) Once put next to type 1, it is obvious.

If someone wants just the rotors (no hats/hardware), $3500 and I will ship them anywhere in the country for free (insured). They are perfect for replacing Gen 1 rotors on a 996 or replacing worn out rotors on a 997.

$4500 for the whole set shipped anywhere in the USA insured. There are a perfect upgrade for anyone with PCCB Type 1 on any car, or steel brakes on a GT car.

I'm a little confused here... Is this gonna be a direct bolt on to a 996TT? Do you have the measurments on the rotors?
