The one for sale is the stock turbo decklid, with hydro and wing in Arctic Silver.
Thanks for asking.... You are a ways away, and I'm not even sure how I'd pack this. It'd need a pallet and truck freight...

Do headers do any good if you don't have a free low exhaust and upgraded turbos etc?

 

Sorry, the tail or decklid was the OEM original with the moveable hydro.
The one in my avatar is the OEM Aerokit fixed wing. It went with the car.

They seem well made, but I don't know anything about them...
The jury on headers varies. Most think that there is some, but very modest gains on boosted cars....
They do look very superior in construction to the crude stock items.
