Tires still available, GT2 rims are sold.

After some very long hesitation I have decided to sell my very rare set of genuine 996 GT2 wheels (5-spoke model).

8.5x18 ET40.
12x18 ET45.

Fits 996 GT2, 996TT and 996 C4S.

Be advised they are track wheels and therefore have quite a bit of light surface scratches, plus previous owner had a curb scuff on one of the rear wheels.

All wheels are GUARANTEED 100% straight, true and round and they balance 100% perfect, also at 150 mph or more (I'm mega sensitive to tire imbalance and always hang over the shoulder of the wheel balancing guy).

Very very rare, these seldom come out for sale.

996 GT2 wheels nice stance on my old 996 TT (Misha GT2 decklid).

 

Added info to original post. Have no idea re miles on tires, they have 4 or tops 5 track days and some street driving.

GLWS buddy...genuine factory GT2 wheels...definately hard to come by and a nice look on any 996!!!

 

Um, if anyone is on the fence, this is a really, really, good deal. For reference, I sold a set I had for 1200 bucks PLUS I took the buyer's mint hollow spokes with near new michelins pilots in trade, and I thought that was pretty fair! (and, actually, I regret selling them now!). Good luck with the sale!

 

Monday bump, these wheels should be used by someone and not just sit around in a garage.
