calculating out the offset right now.

Just spoke to CCW. We went through step by step how to measure the offsets and they are in fact +51 offset front and back.

Are these 9.5" front and 12.5" rear?

Edit: Nevermind, answered my own question.

Yes, 9.5 and 12.5 would be the ACTUAL rim to rim width, but the flange to flange where width is calculated 8.5/11.5 is actually what the wheel is spec'd at. Therefore, your center line numbers are right.

Sorry, internet calculations without actual wheels in front of me!
