I dont think these wheels came on the 2010 model, they came on the older model - you may want to do the research and correct any discrepancy

 

These wheels did in fact come off of a 2010 model so I'm not sure that there are any disrepancies to correct. There are many other 2010 Cayenne's available for sale on the market with similar wheels which proves that I do not have a "special" case here.

You are correct in the fact that this style wheel was available on older models, perhaps as early as 2004 if my memory serves me right. I'm not an expert on which style of wheel came on each year Cayenne, however I do know that they also come in 18", 19" and 20" sizes.
