First Stock R35 GTR to hit 10s !
My buddy Eric took his 2012 Black Edition GTR to ATCO few days ago and cracked 10s on the first pass. Stock '12 GTR.

Too bad people are bashing him for running with non stock wheels/tires . At least it was still done on street tires not a dr.

I don't know that anyone is bashing him. They are simply saying that he's not stock, which is 100% true.

Hopefully he'll put the stock runflats back on try it again. I'd really like to a see a stock car get in the 10's.

i think its impressive but your either stock or not, its the first with no power adders of course, if someone took out the seats, carbon fiber tidbit, and light weight wheels would it be stock?? now i know this car doesn't have all that but the opposition will say its not stock..

I think it's impressive too... but if it's not STOCK, don't call it stock. Stock also means full weight. Nothing against the guy that ran it, but I see this all the time, car is stock except we took out 100 lbs and put on R compound tires and ran it on a 5% decline... etc. I bet he can do it on run flats.. either way a great accomplishment.

Wheels are heavier and tires are Nitto Invo. No R comps or slicks. It had no weight removed. To me it goes as a stock car. Some guys don't think so and that's their right lol. Stock GTR tires are stickier then INVOs :/ stock wheels are also lighter

"Stock" is how a car comes from the factory. There is no other definition.
