just as a pricing point for you OP, i bought a used 997 assembly like the one you have for sale from Porsche for $50 cash to the mechanic, they take them out of new cars all the time and owners never ask for them back, not trying to bash your F/S but I do believe if you adjust your asking price you will get more positive feedback and prob a quicker sale.
