Brand new, just delivered, never mounted or used at all. I still haven't decided if I'm going to sell them, was pondering going with a simpler look like the HRE P40SC instead. Price is firm, 4 wheels, no tires. They are currently at IND Distribution in Palatine, IL, and can ship anywhere (buyer's cost). Thanks!
