FS: OEM RS lightweight flywheel (almost new)

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $400
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 996 Turbo
Location (State): CA
Item Condition: Used

SOLD.

OEM RS lightweight flywheel + release bearing + matching Sachs sport clutch disc.

Flywheel was resurfaced by Sachs Race Engineering 8 months ago and it has been on my 996TT for less than 1000 miles since.

Seen NO 1/4 mile track abuse.
Seen 5 laps on a road course.

Mint condition, ready to install and go.

- Flywheel
- RS clutch release bearing: (you need this when you swap to LWFW)
This is also spanking new, installed new with the pictured clutch and LWFW 8 months ago. I don't ride the clutch and I don't sit with the clutch pedal pressed down at stop lights so it really has minimal actuation time.
- Sachs Race Engineering sport fiber disc: spring-dampened disc matching the LWFW. Gives close to OEM driveability with better friction material. Also installed 8 months ago, less than 1000 miles.

Package can be used with OEM pressure plate, or you can buy an upgraded one from Sachs.

Reason for sale; I'm moving the car slightly closer to stock since I obviously don't take it to the track very often anymore...

Buyer pays shipping.
Paypal ok (buyer pays fee).

How bad is the drivability? I have a gt3rs lwfw and Sachs 2.5 clutch. I was told very close to stock with a little noise? Pm me if you'd like

Not bad, there are many threads on here about LWFW.

It could very well fit NA 996 cars well, but I honestly don't know the answer. I used it on my 996TT and the throttle response became awesome. I'm just changing up the route a little doing some forward planning.
