I just checked using one of the online parts sellers.
The valves would but the TPMS modules would not, at least as per the source I checked

Will they fit for a 2011 Boxster Spyder?

 

Checked it at a couple of porsche parts sites and it reports that they fit for your 2011 spyder, as well as cayenne as well as 997.2 09-11
