Up for sale is a mint Porsche genuine short shift kit that was taken out of my 997. It was used for 8000 miles, basically in new condition. This is a complete assembly for drop in fit. I was able to install and remove it without any prior experiences using basic tools. I believe this will also fit the 996's but you will need to confirm yourself.
