I have a set of rear brakes for sale. They were take offs of a 997 Turbo that had been converted to steel from PCCB using GT3 components. As a result these will fit either. I don't have part numbers from the pads but they are matching for these rotors. All parts are in great condition, and don't have a lot of miles on them. Pads come with sensors and hold down spring hardware. The only designation on the pad is Pagid P40 FF. Pads are 80-90% left. Asking $150 shipped for pads to conti US. Pics:

Not sure about 997.1 but can do some checking. They came off of a PCCB equipped 997.2 turbo as a steel conversion.
