I am selling a brand new tiptronic control unit for a Porsche 996 Turbo (2001-2005). The part number is 99661818004. This is the latest version and will vastly improve your cars shifting if you have an earlier TCU model.

You will have to get the dealership to code the TCU to your car. They typically charge 1 hour of labor (~$100) to do this or any mechanic with a PIWIS can do it.

This part costs $1,600+ new
