These are the real deal and in Nomex. Super light. Already with all the factory hardware attached. They are in incredible condition. They look barely used. No rips or tears. Nice Carbon backs. Very hard to find. Surprisingly comfortable. I'm 5'9" 170 and they fit great. $8k for both seats and the mounting hardware + shipping to your car.
