The hood is manufactured by VIS. It is dry carbon with a matte finish, like OEM and has the same carbon weave.

The matte finish is much more expensive than the glossy finish.

I would prefer pick up in the NYC or CT area. The hood is not easy to ship.

Yes, the carbon parts are matte/dry carbon. Exactly like OEM GT2RS. And the scoops are all carbon. Not layered like vivid or agency power scoops that require you to send in your original scoops.

Does the hood except all the OEM hardware (hinges & latches ) & open & close like stock with the release pull switch ? there website says something about having to use hood pins
