I bought a 996TT and this was in it. I took it out and now it is for sale. It has the optional seat stops that are removable if you don't want them. It is powder coated black. It was in the car when I bought it, so I really don't know too much about it. The harnesses are not included in the purchase.
It is in really nice shape. Retail is $1,495 without the seat stops!
