This is a great opportunity as you do have to cut into the stock assembly to install an aftermarket, non-OEM shifter. That means you cannot go back to stock. With this setup, you can keep your stock assembly 100% intact should you ever decide to go back to OEM.

The only imperfection is a tiny chip on the linkage. It does not affect the usability of the piece whatsoever.
