Why are you selling the EVOM intercoolers?

 

long story short, the evoms IC's use larger hoses in diameter, which is a good thing. However, these bottom hoses push out the inner fender into the wheel well. If you are running 18" GT2 fitment wheels and tires or turbo fitment wheels/tires you are fine. However, if you are running 19 wheels with toyo r888's they rub quite a bit. I switched out the IC's to the 997.2's with stock hoses and was able to bend the inner liner back enough to clear the tires. Now here is the kicker, I know I lost power by going to the 997.2's. It is noticeable at the higher rpm's. And it has everything to do with flow. I don't think 997.2's flow enough if you are over 560-600 rwhp, which was my theory from the beginning. I can't prove it as I did not do any testing so this is all seat of the pants feel.
