The best radar detector I've used. Passport 8500 x50 > V1. Arrows are cool, false alarms are not. I slow down when I hear my detector go off, until I either see the threat or it's been more than 5 minutes since it stopped beeping.

I bought this while I was on a business trip about 6 months ago in North Carolina. Usually I bring my radar detector with me when I get a rental car for more than 2 days. This time I forgot mine at home (also an x50). I thought my girlfriend could use it or I could use it in the utility truck, but I haven't used it since I've been back.
