The Alpine 7375 was the only 6 cassette changer back in the day. It was installed in my 1987 Firebird and pulled out in 1990. It has been in storage since then. The display will change between orange or green illumination. The changer is usually trunk mounted with the controller in the place where a head unit would normally go. There is also the optional remote display. The cassette carriers will each hold 6 cassette tapes. You select the type of noise reduction for the tapes by moving a switch on the carrier. This unit featured DBX noise reduction which was rare at the time. I'm willing to bet nobody here even knew such a unit existed. I was keeping it thinking of doing a retro install in an older car but since I don't have a good candidate for the install (like my old Firebird) I decided to clear it out of the basement.
