I ask again where you correct about the offsets?

In regards to a C4S

I am also told that this wheel and tire is not good for your car, as it is AWD. It's okay for a NB 996 and 997, but not the correct setup for 996 C4S or 996 Turbo.

Why are these wheels bad for the c4s?

It's not the wheels that are bad, just the current tire setup. The tires he has for the front are fine but to have the same or almost the same rolling diameter will require a different back tire. Running with too great a diameter difference can screw up the awd on 4's and turbos.
