How do you turn off the air bag in the front? I might be interested if this is completely safe for the front seat.

Did some research for you:

Front Front seat mounting:
Carrera: 2005+ - Front Seat (deactivation kit required)

Note: Airbag activation kit is required for front seat fitment (and is not included), and must be installed by an authorized Porsche dealership.

I believe the airbag deactivation kits are only required for 2004 and older cars. 2005+ have sensors built into the seats and the airbags will turn off when there's more than 10lbs on the seat

IN the Cayenne and Panamera it seems to be possible. If the 911's with the bucket and spacing in the rear I really doubt this is feasible without moving the front seat up a lot.
