Nitto NT-01 245/40-18 & 315/30-18 heat cycled properly and only have 18, 20 min sessions on them. As you can see there is still tread pattern on them, so there is lots of life left in these. I expected at LEAST 30 more 20 min sessions if not more before the cords.

NOTE one front tire got a tiny puncture and was patched by my Porsche shop with a speed rated vulcanized plug AND patch. The location and repair was done according to Nitto repair specs for this tire. My price takes this into account.
