Up for sale is a 997 shift **** / boot in carbon / leather / aluminum. Made in Germany. Extremely nice...perfect fit and finish. As new.

This should go very fast. I would go for it if I hadn't bought a Turbo shift **** a month ago.

 

Hoping so. A "must have" mod for those w the ridiculously bland stock piece imo.

 

I'm surprised it's not sold it, I brought mine for $450 and thought I got a good deal. Suncoast sells it for like $700.

 

Tell me about it. ...and its as new. Im not trying to make a mortgage payment with it but Id sure like to get it outof my "misc 997" box.

 

Might be a dumb question, but will it fit on a 996 as a straight swap? I currently have a carbon **** on my TT with some cracks but it has the silver aluminum horseshoe around the boot. This one would look really cool.......

 

Well I do know the boot won't fit...the **** should fit tho since the shift lever is the same.

 

I've seen many 997 shift ***** on 996 so it should fit.

Yes, **** itself will fit a 996 as the shift lever is the same. As mentioned, the boot is different but since you have one already for the 996, you can just transplant it to the 997 ****.
