I have the following wheels and tires from my 08 Cayenne S:

OEM Turbo II 18” Wheels in good condition.

They have some typical signs of use as can be seen in the high res pics attached (I can email even larger files if interested – just send me a PM).
One wheel has 2 very small areas of curb rash as shown in the close ups.

The tires are Bridgestone Dueller H/P Sport with tread averaging just under 8/32nds or 73% remaining with very even wear.

Wheel specs: 18x8" ET57
Tire Specs: 255/55 R18 109Y

Price for wheels + tires = $975 OBO (excluding shipping)

Will consider selling wheels and tires separately.
