Hi all,

I have a Cargraphic X-pipe for sale. It fits all 991s, but the base model cars (non-S) without PSE from the factory will not have the vacuum lines set up to control the valves. Plus, you'd need S or PSE tips. But, it will fit a C2S or C4S coupe or cabrio with or without PSE.

This piece replaces the stock center section, leaving the side mufflers intact. You get a tiny amount of additional volume over stock when the valves closed and an aggressive cup car like sound when they open. I used it on my 2013 C2S coupe, without PSE and it worked great, except for one caveat - under 5mph, the valves open, so you get a bit of additional sound at idle, and in reverse. Not horrid, but it is there. With PSE, the valves are fully controlled by the switch on the console (or going over 3500 rpm) so bolts right on.

It's a great piece, but my new car (2013 C4S) came with PSE so I'll be keeping that for now. It's a cabrio and this is pretty aggressive... again, no drone at all, since the valves close when you aren't on the throttle hard.

PSE equipped cars may need some additional vacuum hose (available at any auto parts store) to hook the valves up. Non PSE cars can mostly use the factory vacuum lines, although you may want to extend them a bit.

I have a brand new Fabspeed Valvetronic exhaust controller kit that can be used with any vacuum actuated system. The great thing about it is it gives you complete control over when the valves are opened or closed and prevents the situation shown above. It will allow you to use these in a non-PSE equipped car. Full ad is in the Marketplace, but here are a couple of pics of the kit if anyone is interested in this X-pipe but didn't think you could use it in your car.
