I never installed these black headlights kits (still have original box and still in the plastic). They are for a Cayenne S/V6/Diesel and fit 2011 and newer Cayennes that have HID headlights. They are brand new. You'll have to swap your ballast in from your existing headlight housing.

These are the actual headlight assemblies. You can't just replace the black surround since it inside the glass housing.
